“Yea you do, which could either really help out in the long run or hurt the hell out of me.” She said putting on a forced smile. Eating, seemed to calm Veronica down a bit. This was her personal life they were talking about. “The only man I’ve ever been close to is my own brother.” She said softly not looking to Alexia. She was aware that the Sins knew her brother was killed, taken from her. Which destroyed Veronica. “But he was even taken from me.” She said softly, tears weren’t an issue. It was just when his birthday was around the corner, since it was October it hurt her to be in this month his birthday was nearing. To think about Vladimir hurt her. Ally had already seen her break down over this. When they were in there dorm together.

“So you regret the fun?” She asked raising her eye brow, anything to get off her brother was a release. “Keep him around, there is no crime in that, and I’m sure he likes you.” She said with a smile to her, Veronica could look at the bright side even when everything for her was rocky. “Who won’t like a little fun-sized, blonde ‘supposed’ innocent girl?” She said with a laugh and a smile. “Oh he wasn’t that cute, well you couldn’t see much of him since you two were exhausting salvia.” She said with a soft laugh.

“Well than I’ll expect you to be at my mother’s home.” She said with a laugh. “During the summer.” She said with a beaming grin the only reason she went to New York was to see the girls. “Well the West Side isn’t bad, good looking guys.” She said with a smile looking over to Alexia from her plate. “But no Hamptons on the Island?” She asked curiously. It was made for children like her, especially when the beach called. “Bronx is good only for Yankee Stadium, that I normally get dragged too.” She said with a sigh, when she dated boys in Upper East Side they were all Yankee fans and took her to Yankee games. She understood the game but didn’t mean she had to like it. “Brooklyn is good for something I just don’t know what!” She said with a soft giggle looking to her. “Maybe next time I’m near, I’ll ask.”

“And no she wouldn’t come after you, she’d talk to me about the gossip,” She said with a sigh. “And I don’t need you causing up more trouble so try to be civil with the man.” She said with a sly smile. “Aspen is one of those people who has a hell of a temper but she’ll be nice when she has to be especially to stay off the gossip radar. Expect she and Daniels do make a cute couple, even though they hang out together.” She said randomly.

“I know that, but you make me worry about you.” She said to Alexia, even though it wasn’t a secret to the sins; Veronica looked after the girls like a family. It was the most stable family she’d ever had. “I wasn’t necessarily thinking of them being taken away just leaving.” She said softly to Lexi. Veronica wasn’t accustom to rejection but it had happened. Something she tried to avoid with much success but not to say it didn’t bother her. Good was her ultimate achievement in her life but it seemed to come and go in her life. “Well let’s hope.” She told Alexia.

“Oh? You can tell now?” She teased her good friend about her romantic interest. Well at least one of the two. “Or did you just think he liked you?” She curiously asked. She normally knew when a guy liked her, it was obvious signs she had grown to know. “One of them player of sorts?” She curiously asked. Reason V loved guys so much and their was no reason. “I bet with the engaged boy’s it was his last freedom to fool around with a girl that wouldn’t be his wife. I’m sure you just helped him out of his system.” She said to her with a smile. “He’ll tell his children one day.” She teased.

“Good than we can pick out life guards to play.” She said with a soft chuckle, always something to do on her summer list. ‘Hot Lifeguards’ listening to Alexia talk about the summer. “That’s awesome, of course we want you to remember what we look like!” She said to Alexia. “You’re memory isn’t that horrible.” She told Alexia slightly not believing her memory like a gold fish. Even though it showed through at times. “Who do you think will be our new Envy?” She asked Alexia curiously, just waiting to hear who she thought would be good.

“No I just think Delilah is more heated than most people we associate our selfs with.” She said before her phone began to vibrate on the table. Grabbing it quickly looking to it and than reading the text message. “I keep blowing this guy off and he will not give up.” She said to Alexia before texting him back ‘I’m busy txt you later’ and she never would text him later. “All because I have gossip on his sister, and she is my future Gluttony after I leave.” She said, already training the future gluttony in the Sin ways.

“Though unusual moments is why I’m around.” She said with a small laugh. “To make sure we all don’t get arrested, even though Eva can talk her way out of it.” She said with a smile, remembering the good old days when their was seven sins rather than the Six. “You know I think over the summer I’m going to drop in on Envy to find out the truth,” She said with a sigh. “Eva would murder me if she heard that but what is going to do take away my Gluttony powers?” She said in an airy tone, it was something that would matter to her but it was something Eva wouldn’t dare to do. Veronica had enough gossip to take her down. She smiled at the thought.

“Oh you tease me at every chance you get.” She said sticking out her tongue at her. “Thank god, or we’d all be screwed!” She teased with a laugh. “I don’t want to be fighting any future wife’s off of you, even though it would be a entertaining night.” she said as a light bulb went over her head. “Maybe I should find out who his fiancée is, an well drop the bomb.” She said with a evil grin, looking to Lexi. It was just something Veronica would do just for a laugh.

“We can play with the tourists.” She said with a smirk, she almost sounded like there good friend and leader of the Knights Tristan Knight. It was something Veronica learned when she was in San Diego. ”You know the city is on a lot of people’s to-go lists.” She said with a grin. She loved to play men, it was as good as chocolate mint chip ice cream or a new pair of shoes. ”Yea I know, but you have millions of pictures of all together.” She said with a sweet smile. “So how could you forget us?” She asked playfully.

“I think Isabelle is a good choice better than her sister. Well Aspen is out because of Tristan and I. We were trying to protect her.” She said softly. “I gave her some inside information and I know how competitive she is, and she told me and T.K she doesn’t want it because she doesn’t envy people. She has a nice temper though. She gets what she wants, she could be a future Greed or Wrath if she wasn‘t in the same grade as us.” She told Greed, it was simple that Gluttony would have a hand in someone’s dropping out. “Plus she hates Eva, yet I don’t blame her one bit.” She said with a laugh. “And Ally and Aspen don’t get along too well. We‘d have world war three if she was Envy. But Isabelle is cute. I need to take her shopping. Teach her a few things.”

“And I don’t want any of the angry towards us or we might have to call in our very own wrath.” She said with a sweet smile. It was easy for her to joke about something as Delilah going off on Alexi and Veronica, it would never happen Delilah had more sense. And Aspen would protect her princess. “Oh he knows, trust me. I’ve told him but he is really cute though but he’s too soft for me to deal with.” She told her friend. “Well I mean after we graduate.”

Veronica smiled hearing Alexia speak about Evan wouldn’t kick her out. It was true, even though it would have been a hell of a taken down. She would love to do something like that because her and Eva were a little shaky since she was nowhere to be seen. She wanted to lead the Sins. Why not V could do it? She had the brains and the gossip. “I want to, I need to. I’m going nuts with out her. She is still our friend, I don’t care what Eva says about her. Or how she went to Eva begging to leave Wells and she took the Envy title. Just of that I wouldn’t mind tossing a little drama towards Pride to make her think of what she did the five of us.” She said counting everyone but Eva and Wante. She knew Ally was heartbroken too just like the rest of them.

“It would be so fun and it wouldn’t be to hard to find out who she is.” She told her pal, it would be a blast. And since Alexia liked it so, it was a defiantly a go mission. It was something just to pass the boredom. “I expect we know her, it’s a small country so we should, if not I can get to know her.” Veronica said with smile as she put the left over sweet sour Chinese food back in the fridge. As she was done with it as she grabbed a water bottle. “And plus this dame, will know the truth about her cheating husband and possibly toss him to the curb if she’s smart.” It was so much fun for Veronica to think about doing some more damage. She thrived on it but the drama and gossip that would leak from their crusade would be even better!

Veronica nodded still agreeing with her about the Envy constants. Oh she hated it, she wanted their ENVY not a damn replacement. Which she had almost lost her own temper with Pride a time or two about it. But she know they’d sit down and talk about it, it was simple Eva wouldn’t make a move so drastic with out sitting down with the Sins. Plus it would be an uproar if she didn’t. “Of course, I know that. But you and Ally are my Greed and Wrath. Its simple even though people can’t measure up to you it doesn’t mean I don’t like comparing their little hearts to yours.” She said sweetly to her friend who sat across from her as she sipped on her water.

She chuckled hearing Alexia talk about how boring it would be to be civil. “Sweetie, just try. You’d be amazed what you’d be able to accomplish.” She said to her good friend with a goofy grin, it was the way Veronica could say she was truly happy or content around someone. “Well he struck Delilah’s fancy so that’s all that matters and I’m going to make sure our princess has him.” She told her friend, sounding a bit serious. V sighed looking over to Alexia. “Its nice to have my ideas open for next Gluttony. So I can train her, make her a Sin. But I understand I don’t want to leave the school much. I don’t want be separated from my six sisters.”

“I don’t understand Eva much anymore. Our friendship is rocky lately, she has shown no leadership. Our Envy is dealing with more problems than we realize and I will help Wante if she needs it.” Veronica told her Greed, it was simple Veronica would offer a helping hand for her pals in need. “I know that, me and Tristan get along a lot better since Eva and Tristan have broke up.” She wasn’t about to tell her friend Greed it was steamy between her and Tristan over the summer. They had put on false façade to everyone at Wells. “I could careless of what Eva says anymore, I mean when theirs a party I‘m there.”

Veronica took in pride in watching Alexi’s actions at the moment. The smile, and the sparkling blue eyes made her feel even more pleased. “Of course, I need you as back up, and to create all the wreckage.” She said with a devious grin to her best friend. “And plus you know how much juicy gossip I will get and able to sip about the idiot couple, of how she didn’t know.” her devious smile left and was replaced with a large grin that she looked to Alexis on. “Ohh this will be one people will talk about, I’ll make sure of that.”

“I couldn’t agree more,” She said to her friend before speaking. “But c’mon there will be knock-offs. I mean look at the Knights they’ve been around since my folks attended Wells.” Veronica said with a yawn, she was slightly tired. “We are the Seven, I still consider Wante, forever and always our envy and even if somebody descent gets Envy. I won’t be too nice with her, I will be the gossip queen, to see any information I can get on her.” It was Veronica, even when she made new friends mostly they reached the rumor mill first. People she hated always seemed to reside in it and never had a good day at Wells because of it.

Veronica laughed at her good pals comment about her self-control. “Well Alexi if I self-control enough not to have sex for 48-hours. I think you can be nice for a bit.” She said with a laugh. “Or have enough self-control to turn down a date with a good looking guy.” She said, wondering what Higgins was really like. But she had enough problems with Trevor at the moment. Trevor was not on her mind like the boy Higgins was. He was athletic and cute but V wasn’t sure with anything more than toys. And seemed to be more sweet than Trevor ever was to her. Could V actually found a worthy boy?

“I never will, and we have a whole another year to worry about graduation even though our Senior year will be difficult.” She was positive it would be and she didn’t mean with just the studying but with the relationship of the new Seven. “I don’t intend to leave anytime soon. It’s just nice if something happened with me like it did with Wante to have my bases covered.” She said to Alexis. It was something she was bothered by with what had happened. Who cares if Tristan slept with Wante? He was the loyal puppy boyfriend? Eva could forgave him. “But I promise I’ll be good, just so you have to put up with me during our 12 grade year.” She said with a grin to her friend.

Veronica licked her lips that were now softly covered in a pink lip gloss. “Well I’m waiting to see who steps up to save us in this time of need. Where its you, Bella, Ally, Cari or myself.” She told her friend not smiling, it was a serious manor. “To get the message to E that we’re serious about the Sins if she thinks she can dilly-dally and not give us a heads up.” She said to her, with a sigh. Veronica would step up in a moment knowing Cari would be focused on sex (and herself..), Bella was lazy, Alexis was a bit of a space case and Ally was angry but could do it (but loved them no matter what). Wante would have told the rest of the Sins what was up, with out anyone question. But Veronica began to question and it wasn’t great. “Seems like she put us in the back seat.” Veronica sounded heartless and cold but it was true. It was how she currently felt.

V leaned back in the chair, setting her feet up on the table near the end as she set her hands behind her head. She was pleased with the idea, she didn’t care who was getting taken down. “Do you mind, hooking me up with a little information on this guy to make it a lot more painful? I can start the rumor mill, make sure it reaches his dear sweet fiancée. It would defiantly flood her out.” It didn’t matter if she was in the Academy or not. The gossip could be leaked to the towns folk which was only used for emergencies.

“I’m sure we could find some girls who are so into themselves that think they have status like we do.” She said, it was more towards the Freshman girls. “Especially my lovely half-twit step brother has started at the Academy,” Not sure if she spilled to her best friend, sure she already told Ally. “I want to make his life living, absolute living hell with him knowing it was me.” She said with a innocent smile, it wasn’t impossible it would be a damn new idea. “Especially if my mummy calls and tells me all this crap, and I can successfully lie and tell her I have no idea what she is talking about. And lie how sweet I am to my dear asshole of a step-brother.” Who was two-faced himself the two semi-got along during the vacation but she wanted spice! “You are the not the greediest person in Wells. I’m sure one day we’ll stumble upon a girl. But I ain’t look anytime soon.”

Veronica rolled her eyes as she leaned the chair back a little bit before setting it back on the ground and looking to her friend. “Its called self-control. It also means I can keep my pants more than Cari can when I actually try.” She said with a soft laugh, teasing Cari’s lust abilities. “I guess, this boy who won’t give up is. Alexis, tall, dark and handsome and sends me flowers. And its driving poor Ally nuts because I have bouquets after bouquets of roses in our dorm and I know nothing about him expect he’s a Junior with us and I love and adore his sister.” She told Alexis. “Well and then there’s Trevor who is a Knight, and I trust and is a good pal. Who I’m not sure if he and I could even muster a relationship.” She did want a relationship, but she doubted it would be Trevor she knew the boy to well but Higgins might be a fun toy.

“It damn well better be, I get a hand in planning it. Just like I’m making history with this graduation well because it’s a farewell to our Knights. But ours will be so wonderful.” She said with a grin, it was nice to have hand in planning in it. V always had fun and new ideas for each school each event.
